Pumpkin Show

So last Wednesday when Grandma and Grandpa came to visit we went to the Circleville, Ohio Pumpkin show. It was very crowded. We watched a parade, met many vendors, there was a lot of yummy food (and people were dropping stuff all around). Dad kept telling me "nose up". What? Are you crazy dad? Mom had to pull an icky french fry from my mouth at one point. I thought I was sneaky but nope...she caught me.

Lots of people there on opening day. This is such a big event that they close down the schools for this week.

    i love the pictures! oh, and boy howdy, that is the HOOGEST plumpkin pie! i'd love to dive in and have a little nibble. i mean plumpkin is good for us doggies, right? teehee.

    Oh wow that is so cool - those are GIANT pumpkins! We had a person grow a big one near our house once but then they just left it there. But it was nowhere near as big as the ones you saw!

    And you were lucky to have those cutie escorts - we love the bright pink shoes too!

    And we will pass on the pie - we are not big fans of the pumpkin pie (we get that from our mom) but we know pumpkin is really good for kitties and doggies too. If we were there to share it with you we would let you have our portion!
