Gotcha Day

So Trupanion Pet Insurance is having a contest and want people to tell them about their Gotcha Day. Well....you see I came to my house as a foster pup. Mom and dad always said no more dogs so they decided to foster. Mom knew as soon as she met me that she loved me. It was truly love at first sight. She talked dad into letting her foster me and well...you can say the rest is history. They broke their no adoption policy and adopted me. I am so happy they did because I have a great time here with my brothers and sister. Mom was so excited when they told the rescue group that they would like to adopt me. They could actually pick out a name and really get attached to me. They took me out that night and bought me a new collar and some new puppy toys.

    Happy Gotcha Day!! MOM could never be a foster mom. She would keep every single one. But she did rescue me and gave me my loving forever home.

    I can see why your pawrents wanted to adopt you. You were such a cute puppy!

    See, that's why I don't think I could foster. I'd want to keep ALL the little doggies and there's just no way that I could. Plus, I get attached super easily.
