Mom had a hitchchiker
Last Sunday mom was asked to assist with a transport for her rescue group Louisville Weimaraner Rescue. This sweet 9 month old was at the local shelter and was going to be euthanized if he didn't get out ASAP. So another volunteer picked him up from the shelter and then mom picked him up to take him to meet his transporter to his foster home in Indiana.
Mom kept thinking about Khyra's mom during the transport since she is a pro at this.

Awee. what a cutie! You get HUGE good brownie points for helping the little guy. Always so amazing what awesome dogs can end up in such a bad situation, it is so neat there are a lot of fantastic people out there willing to help them get to a better place ;-).
