We love these collars, they have seat belt buckle style closures to them.
Collar made by Buckle Down. They donated over $300 in collars and leashes to Louisville Weimaraner Rescue's Weim and Cheese event. LOVE THEM!
This is the second event of the day that Tempie competed in
and not to forget Bokeh he went out and played well. Didn't qualify but he had fun.
This is pairs distance, our friend Chris played with Bokeh as well. (he played better for Chris than dadster, BOL)
and this is Bullseye
The house is nice and quite today, Tempest, Bokeh and dadster went to a disc dog learning clinic that our disc dog club, Southern Ohio Flying K9's, was hosting. So Starr and I get to stay home and get caught up on things around the house.
Hope you have a great Saturday!
Week 4, they got introduced to a lot of new things, walkers, moving objects, balance balls, tunnels, steps. We never dreamed Tempie would have an issue with steps as we live in a bi-level home. Tempie does steps EVERY day. But for some reason she was a bit scared of the steps in class. Took a lot of coaxing to get her up them.
But she is a good girl and did them
They had ramps and mirrors for them to get used to
Tempie was a pro at the balance balls since we have her do the one at home
Got to check out puzzle toys
Instructor Ray giving dad some tips
She LOVES the tunnels already
Here are some videos from class as well. This is Tempest checking out and being scared to death of an opening umbrella, oops!
This is an exercise where dad has to walk up to the other person, shake their hands and not have Tempest go over to the other dog. Pretty good for only 5 months old.
And this is practice on recall
Standard run:
Jumpers run:
So...at the end of the weekend, I am now a 1/4 of the way to my MACH. I have 5 QQ and 137 MACH points. Goal is to be 1/2 way there by the end of the year.
Thanks to all our friends who made an effort to watch Bokeh's first time on the course. (funny commentary by mom and Kim) BOL
and here is Bokeh's standard run. Little slower but he did did everything dad asked him to do. Bokeh got 4th place in this one and got a pretty white ribbon.
The judge from the standard run gave dad a hard time after the trial and we were packing up. She made a little fun of dad for going the wrong way on the course, haha. She was super nice though and had some nice courses this weekend.
Here is video of my standard course earning my MX title
Here is my JWW run. I didn't Q because I dropped a bar and messed up my weave poles, but that is okay. Mom and dad were really happy because I was running fast and seemed happy. At the end you will hear people still cheer because dad and I did FOUR blind crosses in a row. Me and dadster rock the blind crosses. People came up to dad after and told him he needs to have a seminar on blind crosses. haha.
So now....my new name is: Sagira, MX, MXJ, NF, TN-N
Here is a photo of me, dad and the judge I earned my MX title under
Also want to say CONGRATS to my friend Stella and her mom on their new title as well. YEAHHH!!!! Stella's mom makes me the best meatballs. I get them only when I am at trials to make me run super fast.

Wanna play? Do ya? Do ya?
Here I am checking out the tubes. I have to give them all a good sniff but at the end I go back to the correct one that had the rat in it. I LOVE this game.
Remember the first time I went I was kind of scared to go under the hay tunnel? Well check me out this time. I couldn't wait to get through the tunnel to look for the rat. I have to check out all the tubes and at the end you can see me paw the correct tube with the rat. This is me telling dad it's this one dadster!
Left to Right, Tempest, Jerica, Dottie and Karma
Their mom and dad (Cappy up front and Lucy sitting behind him)
Tempie saying hi to her daddy
Karma and Dottie
Dottie is like twice the size as the others. We asked June if she switched litters or something. haha
Video of them playing
This week they introduced a lot of new things that are used in agility training. Tempie had this one down since we already did the 2 on 2 off board with her at home
Doing great on all the obstacles
Each week a person has to speak about the breed of dog they have. This week was dad's turn. Tempie decided she could play on the board and make the people laugh while dad was doing his presentation.
Tempie started out behaving
Then she decided she would clown around and play on the board and make people laugh
Tempest doing her first ever agility tunnel
Doing the ladder for the first time. This helps them learn where their feet are
