One of the boards we post on does Secret Santa for the pups. It has a $20 limit and is SO much fun. I look more forward to doing this than I do receiving my own gifts.
Starr and Sagira's box came in the mail. Here is what they got and a video of them opening their box. Starr loves this duck. To bad he only survived a few hours. Harley and Starr got in a tug of war over him and decapitated him. RIP ducky...

Adoption Day
So...Hailey's (now Christmas) adoption day was today. She is now in her new home with her new mom and 2 sisters Heaven and Emy. I think she is going to do great there. She has a pretty new pink collar on and a very nice dog bed to curl up on. I am anxious to see new photos and get updates on the sweet girl. HAPPY ADOPTION DAY CHRISTMAS!
We also went to the training club last night. It was an agility run through and potluck. It was a lot of fun. One of the people in Sagira's class drew us a photo of our baby girl. I LOVE this present. Things like this mean the world to me. We went out today and bought a frame and matte to put it in. Now to get Jeremy to hang it up for me.

Hailey learns to shake
Hailey (AKA Christmas) goes in for her spay tomorrow morning. After that she has her happy adoption day on Saturday! Yipee!
My husband tried to teach her to shake and couldn't do it. So the other day I was sitting here waiting for him to get work and figured I would try. Guess what she knows how to do now? Drum roll please....
I am such an awesome trainer! haha

Level 5 agility
Last night was graduation night in agility. Sagira made it all the way to level 5 without being held back. She had a good run...but didn't pass level 5. It is okay though, they said it is mostly Jeremy and not Sagira, so that is good. :)
Here is a video of her first run of the night:
and her second run:
Sagira also started her retrieve class last Thursday. I really need to get a photo of her doing her "take it" command...she looks so pathetic.
We taught Hailey (aka Christmas) how to shake tonight. I will try to get video of her tonight and put it up tomorrow. She is such a cutie pie. I am anxious for her adoption day this Saturday. She deserves the very best and I have no doubt she is going to be going to a great home.

New dog bed
We were shopping with my mom awhile back and saw this really cute fabric. I thought it would make a super cute dog bed. Thing is...I don't know how to sew. So we found someone that was willing to sew it for us if we paid them. So here is the final product...pretty darn cute.
and with our lovely models
Our foster dog is going on her home visit tomorrow. I really hope the dogs like her and this all works out.
Sagira LOVES being a foster sister. She teaches all the fosters the proper way to do things and is the best foster sister ever. Great job Sagira!
Play, play, play...that is all that goes on at home

Back with a lot to share
First...this past Saturday we went to Petsmart with Starr, Sagira and our foster Hailey. We put an adopt me banner on Hailey's leash and this lady came up and asked to see her. She fell in love with Hailey immediately. We gave her the information on how to go about adopting Hailey and she already sent in her application. So it looks like once Hailey gets spayed on December 18th she will be going to her new forever home. Hailey will have 2 other dogs to live with and a cat. We are so happy for Miss Hailey.
Sunday Jeremy did his first ever photo shoot. Some friends at our training club wanted photos for their Holiday cards so Jeremy agreed. We went to this really pretty area that was creekside. The weather was cold enough to make the waterfall ice up partially and just made for beautiful photos. We have had people ask us if this background is real. I am only posting the ones of the dogs, I don't know if their owners really want to be on Sagira's blog, haha.
We also still need some players in Paw-It Forward..... anyone? anyone?
Our baby Sagira showing them all how to do it
This is Sagira's crush, his name is Granger.
Miss Zoey with her cute light up collar
Scarlet (no this is not our Weim) but our friends Weim
Ripley, doesn't he look like he is just smiling?
Beautiful Sabine...
Mr. Newton
and Oh-No Nitro
Patch
Kat's kids
and my baby girl, Starr
and a group shot of all the dogs that came (minus Starr, she wouldn't stay)
