Barn Hunting

This weekend they were doing Barn Hunt run throughs at our training club. Mom knows how much I love to do this so she asked dadster if we could go. I'm glad that he agreed because I had so much fun.

This is my first run (remember I haven't done this since last summer). In Barn hunt you have to do three things, you have to go under the tunnel of straw, you then have to go over the straw (all four paws have to touch it at some point) and then you have to do the most important thing and FIND THAT RAT (that is my favorite part)

My first run it took me 45 seconds to indicate to dadster which tube had the rat in it.

This is my second run, I go right to the rat but dadster pulled me off trying to get me to go under the tunnel first. Bad dad! BOL

  1. Looks like you are having fun. My dogs thought it was fun to barn hunt, but they just find all the tubes, and get excited about all of them.

  4. That is fun to do. I like to hunt in our barns too but it is usually only mice that I find.

  5. That looks like so much fun, I thinks me and Tuiren would be good at it. We try to find the field mice in the pasture, but Mommy gets annoyed with us for pulling her. ~Yours, Fenris
