Busy Saturday

Wow, what a busy day we had yesterday. Mom woke me up very early and packed me and Barkley up in the car with a bunch of chairs, tent, etc. I knew we were in for a fun day. We ended up in downtown Columbus for the Rescue Run. My training club did demos for all the racers. I got to show off my moves, but it was very hot. I will try to get daddy to get those photos edited, ASAP for you but until then you can see some of the photos by the professional photographer at: Fleshman Photography

After that I came home and slept in my crate and so did Barkley. He was exhausted, this was his first adoption event. He had everyone oohing and ahhing over the cute puppy. He had a little Adopt Me vest on.

Mom and dad then took Harley and Samick away. Samick told me that they went to some car dealership and got a bath outside. bhaa haa haa! Samick and Harley had to get a bath. But they smell much better now.

Harley almost fell asleep from the massage, it was really funny (or so Samick told me).

Mom found her new dream car to. It is the new Dog Friendly Honda Element. Check it out!

Comes with a nice dog ramp, mom said this would be really nice for Samick and Harley since they are older and have a hard time jumping in the car.



Had a really nice crate in the back with a SUPER comfy dog bed (never felt a dog bed like this before)



Also has built in fans in the back by the dog crate to keep the dogs cooled off



Has interior with doggies on it



Bone mats all over the flooring



The best part is, you can just spray the entire inside out to clean it.



Now...if we could just find someone to buy us this, it would be great, haha!

Friday Flashback

3rd in my series of Friday Flashbacks.

Here is a photo of me when I was a baby with my big sister Starr. Starr normally doesn't cuddle with me, but when I was a puppy I had an icky condition and didn't feel very well this night. They had to rush me to the vet to get fluids, but Starr laid right with me and made me feel better. (she loves me but will not admit it)

So as some of you know my dad has been getting more into photography. Some people (about 10) from our training club came out a few weekends ago for a Puppy Photo Shoot. Dad was really happy with the way the photos turned out.

I didn't have my picture taken much that day because dad was trying to get to all the pups. He kept telling everyone there is NO shortage of Sagira photos. I have to agree. :)

Everyone was ooohing and ahhhing over the "cute puppy". He was quick to learn that when he would sit people would give him a treat. Now...we just need to find Barkley a home of his very own.

Now I'm supposed to present this to four friends who remind me of the four colors in the mood ring: blue, pink, green and orange.

Blue goes to Mr. Blues because his eyes are so blue and he is such a cutie pie.

Orange goes to one handsome kitty Ginger Jasper because he has the fluffy orange fur that just makes you want to snuggle up against him.

Green goes out to Khyra because she is always posting the prettiest flowers and green grass photos that make me smile.

My family would also like to send out our deepest sympathy to Max's family. We didn't know Max, but many of our blog friends did and it is always hard to hear that someone has lost their beloved family member. RIP Max.

My dear friend MONA really needs a lot of love and support right now. She had a basal cell tumor and just had to have surgery to help her feel better. Please stop over and give Mona a bunch of sloppy kisses and a lot of love as she is now resting and trying to feel better after her surgery.

We are picking up my new foster brother today. Can't wait to see which one he is and what we are going to name him. Mom told me that I can't play with him right away because he just had his "big boy" surgery yesterday.

Gotta zoom, we are on our way to Barkin For Battin to help raise money for a good cause. My training club is doing agility demos today. Should be a fun day.

Friday Flashback

Time for Friday Flashback again! Here is probably the first photo that was ever taken of me (at least that mom knows about). This is when me and my sister and two brothers first arrived to the rescue group. Can you figure out which one is me????



Also, everyone was asking what IS an elephant toe. Mom says.... GOOD QUESTION. She never did find out but assumed it was just like an elephant ear but maybe shaped different or something?

Delaware Arts Festival

Last weekend we went to the Delaware Arts Festival. It was a lot of fun. We stopped by the agility area. Another group was doing demos there. I wanted to get in and do my thing, but wasn't allowed. BOOO!



There were a lot of art vendors and yummy food. Mom was like what in an elephant toe?
