Our training club had an agility trial. This one was only for Novice and Open classes so I couldn't go but Tempie went and had some fun.

Sundays runs

Here are the runs from Sunday at the Queen City trial. I got QQ # 1 towards my MACH 2. WHOO HOO! I now also only need 74 more points to get my first ever agility championship title. Can't wait!!!

Fun run

So the previous weekend we went to Queen City for their agility trial. It has been a few weeks since I did agility and boy did I have FUN FUN FUN on my first run of the day. Momster walks me about 2 miles everyday now that she is feeling better and well I must say that I also feel better and like a puppy again! I made LOTS of mistakes in my run but boy oh boy was it FUN. One of our friends said I made all 5 years of mistakes in that one run. Everyone was laughing because it was so unlike me. I am usually a very good girl and do everything just the way dad says but this time I did it for ME! BOL

Here is my standard run. I went over the wrong jump so I didn't get a Q but I had fun.

Sundays runs

This is Tempie's run from Sunday with Andrew running her again. If she wouldn't have slipped over the jump it would have been a perfect run. This is the best she has EVER done her weave poles in a trial. Just look at how fast my little sister is.

Here is my run with Dave. I was doing good until the weave poles when I thought I saw dadster and wanted to go be with him instead. Oops!

Dadster went to the doctor today. Found out he has tendinitis of his knee. Got some meds and exercises to do and will hopefully be in good shape by our next trial.

Trial this weekend

So we had a trial this weekend. It was a bit different for Tempie and I because dadster has an injured knee and couldn't run us so we had to call on good friends to run us. Tempest didn't mind running for other people but I must say I like to only run with my dadster and was a little scared even though my buddy Dave took super extra good care of me and gave me LOTS of yummy treats. Here is Tempie's run with one of her favorite kids Andrew. No Q but he did a great job with her. They make a great team and this is only the second time he has ever run with Tempie.

Tempest Tuesday

December 28th trial

We went back Sunday to the trial in Zanesville. Tempest ran first again and dropped a bar so she didn't Q again but her run was really nice. It will come with time and practice.

After Tempest was done playing I had my turn. I got another Q in Standard and another 17 points. So...for those keeping tracking I have my QQ's done and I am working on points. I need 750 to get my MACH and only need another 94 points now. I am under 100 points needed. WHOO HOO!

December 27th trial

We packed up and headed back to Zanesville for another agility trial. This time Tempest got to compete as well. Tempest went first thing in the morning in her jumpers run. She didn't get a Q but she had a nice run. Dadster was super proud of her.

After Tempest ran it was my turn to run the standard course. I had to show Tempest how it is really done and got a Q and 14 more points towards my MACH. I am getting SO close.

Dr. C

I am still visiting Dr. C to get my acupuncture treatments. They sure have helped. Mom tells everyone how relaxed I am when I go into his office for my appointments. I actually fall asleep I'm so relaxed there sometimes. Dr. C makes me feel better.

How tall is Tempie?

Tempest got her official measurements from the AKC. It is official she is 17.25" at the shoulders and will be jumping the 16" height in agility. WHOO HOO!

Agility Ability

We were invited out to perform for the Agility Ability kids. If you don't know about this program is it designed for autistic children to learn how to do agility with dogs. It is a wonderful program and we always enjoy our time with the kids.

Tempest had a playdate with her sister Jerica. They both caught their disc at the same time, how cool is that? We just love these girls.

We went to our training club for their Christmas agility potluck. It was a lot of fun. We got to run agility and play with our friends.
