So the main reason we were at the expo all weekend was because mom's rescue group had a booth set up there. It was a lot of fun greeting all the people that came by. It was very crowded in the rescue hall this year, which is great news for all the dogs and cats that need homes. The goal was to have 500 adopted from the event. I haven't heard how many got adopted from the event yet.
We had Storm at our booth all weekend trying to find her a new home of her own. She is such a sweet girl. She is only 2 years old and is a perfect Weim. Her only flaw (and not really even a flaw since this is what they were bred to do) is she doesn't like cats. Other than that she is perfect. She is house trained, crate trained, up to date on all her shots, she has a microchip in case she gets lost, she is on flea/tick medicine and heart worm pills as well.
Storm was in the fashion show sporting a cute pink raincoat. Who wouldn't want to adopt this little cutie?
Okay...so the other day I asked my Facebook pals to vote for me in the Petsmart contest. The link I put up didn't work. So let me try again. You can vote every day, once a day.
Click here to vote (no need to apologize if you're not on Facebook, I know if you were you would vote for me because my furpals ROCK!)
Lastly...my kitty furiend Ginger Jasper isn't feeling very well. Please stop over and send GJ some good vibes and well wishes.
Storm sure is a pretty girl! I hope she finds a forever home soon!
