HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAGIRA

First and most important our youngest is turning two today. We have a big birthday party planned for her today at the dog park. She has about 15 dog friends RSVP to attend. We have been busy making dog cakes (smelled good enough for us to eat), human cake, brownies, puppy chow, etc. We put together goodie bags for everyone who shows up as well. It should be a great time. I am anxious to see how it turns out.

Also, yesterday was our big day. Sagira did her first ever agility trial with NADAC. Sagira is the first dog we have ever trained properly and it has been such a learning experience for her. Now...for the results.... Sagira came home with TWO 1st places ribbons and one 3rd place ribbon (she only did 3 runs so got a ribbon each time). Not bad for a first timer huh? She also got a qualifying score in tunnelers and has now earned one leg of her title, two more to go and our little girl will have a title on her. Yipee!

This is her second run. She messed up by going in the tunnel instead of the dog walk (but this was Jeremy's fault for pulling her off too hard). She still got 1st place but no Q.



This is her last run of the day. She messed up by going over the jump instead of the A frame and caused her to not get a Q. But we are very pleased in the long run with how well she ran for her daddy.

And last but not least...we would like to thank everyone for helping us win Addie's Halloween Costume contest. Because of all our family, friends, Weimaraner Addict friends and WishUponAHero, both Starr and Sagira won their categories! So thank you everyone who votes for our girls, we really appreciate it and thank you Addie for hosting such a fun event. It was great to see all the cool costumes.
