Bokeh is 29 weeks

Oops...we missed the 28 week photo. :(

Here he is in all his glory at 29 weeks. We think he is about done growing up and out, now we are noticing that the top of his head is starting to fill in and round out. We had another breeder tell us he was going to be a nice looking boy once that fills out. It is really neat seeing these changes in him.

Puppy Bath

haha ha ha ....brother Bokeh had to get a bath last night



Mom keeps telling me we are going to have a fun day. We are going to 3 Dog Baker for a Begg hunt. We get to go around to different stores for eggs and might even win a prize. After that we are going to have Easter photos taken to benefit PAWS.

Friday Flashback

Wow...where did this week go? Mom just realized we missed taking Bokeh's weekly photo last Saturday.

Okay...so we have a special Friday Flashback today. This is baby Bokeh.



Wasn't he cute? The reason Bokeh is on today is we found out that his mom (Mika) and dad (Chase) just had another litter of pups this morning. There were 3 pups in the new litter and one is a female blue merle. Pups and mom are all doing well. We can't wait to see pictures of Bokeh's new sisters and brother.

Day 3 of the trial

Well...we ended the weekend pretty crappy. Well not really. My runs were really nice just one thing messed up in each one causing us not to get any Qs on Sunday. BOO

Here is my standard run. During this run they workers decided to open the garage door in the back and I am super sound sensitive so I stopped on the A frame to figure out what they were doing. Then there was a bright light from the door opening when I went to do my weaves and messed them up and got a refusal. But...the rest of my run was super nice.



Here is my JWW run. I started off REALLY slow in the weaves. You can even hear my say oh my gosh while watching and recording. But...after that my speed really kicks in and I ALMOST Q'd except dad spun me out too wide for the last jump. Darn it!



All in all we are happy with the way the weekend went. I know have 3 legs towards my MXJ title and one leg toward my MX title and a total of 11 MACH points now.

Day 2 of the trial is now over

So day 2 of the trial is now over. I started out really good today. I had my standard run first. I got a Q and EIGHT MACH points. Dad was so excited that we got more than one MACH point this run it was the first thing he said when we came out of the ring. So now I have a total of 11 whole points and only 739 more to go. hehe...we don't really think I will get a MACH because I don't trial enough but it is fun kidding around about it.

and then came my JWW run...didn't do so well but I sure did have fun. I even went in a tunnel all by myself without my dad even asking to because I was just having so much fun. I realized I made a mistake though and went super slow in my weave poles.

I saw Ricky today but didn't get to see his run because we came home early.

Day one of the trial

So the first day of my 3 day weekend trial is over. I did pretty good. My first run was in standard and the course was pretty hard. Not many Q's at all and dad messed me up and sent me over the A frame instead of the jump (bad dad).



My second run of the day was JWW (Jumpers with weaves). This is usually a lot more fun for me but for some reason I wasn't having fun during the first part of my run, but after my slow weave poles I perked up and had fun and made it in just barely under time. I got a Q and picked up ONE whole MACH point, so now I am up to THREE whole MACH points and only like 746 more to go. haha



I also get to see Ricky today because he lives close to me and will be at the trial doing his thing as well. Good luck Ricky and mom! :)

Friday Flashback

Continuing on with Samick's puppy photos. Here is one of him at our house when we first built it. Wasn't he a cutie. When we got him they told us they thought he might be part husky. What do you guys think Samick is mixed with? I say he is part Golden Retriever, if you look at his head compared to Goldens and his web paws and personality you would probably agree with that.
