Fido Fest

A few weekends ago we headed out to Worthington, Ohio for FIDO FEST. This was so much fun. Momster is kicking herself though because she brought her point and shoot camera but forgot to put a memory card in it so we only got like 4 photos. BOO :(

There were over 80 vendors at this event and it was all to raise money for the dog park. State Farm was there and they hired a person to do caricature drawings. So we had ours done. I think the guy doing them must have thought we were mean and evil because our drawings look like our evil twins instead of us.

Tempest went first

She was showing off for the guy and a news guy came up and asked if he could record her, BOL

Then it was my turn

What? Is that guy crazy? I don't look like this!

After we got our drawings we went to where all the games were being done at. We missed the Simon Says contest and our friend Scarlet the Weimaraner one that one. Tempest joined in the best trick contest and won 2nd place. She got to pick out a new leash and collar set. Isn't it pretty? It matches her harness perfectly.

Mom says this will match my blue eyes. After that they did some more games like bobbing for hot dogs, a costume contest, etc. We didn't win any of the other games but sure did have fun trying. I liked bobbing for hot dogs even though the pieces were to big for me to chew. My friend Scarlet won that one to! She won almost every contest, BOL

Tempest dressed up as Raggedy Ann. We didn't bring our costumes so our friend Scarlet shared hers with us. I dressed up as a hula girl but momster forgot to take a pic of that with her phone.

Chewy Time!

It's that time again. Our great friend over at Chewy asked us to do another review. This time it is for Nutro Crunchy Treats.

Gosh is that momster smart or what?

So then we all got to play with the Wobbler. I always take charge and Bokeh follows me around VERY closely and steals the treats then they come out after I do all the hard work. Brothers...what are you going to do with them?

So in review, the treats are crunchy and we normally use soft treats for training but we always enjoy finding treats for our Wobbler and these are GREAT for that. Trial Day 3

Last day of the trial and it was my turn again. I did GREAT. Check out how super fast my weave poles are in this standard run.

and here is my Jumpers run

I earned QQ #8 towards my MACH (need 20) and I am up to 201 MACH points (need 750) to become an agility champion. WHOO HOO! Almost 1/2 way there.

Trial Day 2

Second day of the trial the parents wanted to give me a break so they let Bokeh give it another try. Bokeh is now in the Open division (middle) and this was his first time running in open. He did great on the standard run. He was kind of slow because it was SUPER hot in the building (no air conditioning and no windows to open). But he did it! He actually came in 2nd place and got his first open leg.

Bokeh then had his jumpers with weave run and Bokeh decided it would be more fun to jump the cones instead of the actual jump so he didn't get his leg in JWW. Maybe next time. BOL

New Leash?

We got a new leash...it has OUR photos on it. How cool is that? We love it! It is made of fleece to so it doesn't get stuck to our furs. Momster got red so Bokeh could use it to! BOL
