Mr. Chewy review

It's that time again. Our great friends over at Chewy asked us to do another review. This time it is for Nature's Variety Instinct Grain Free Biscuits.

 photo EJWB_1744_zps6b326a5e.jpg

Chewy is always SO fast with their deliveries. Here are how the treats come to you.

 photo EJWB_1747_zpse5e57648.jpg

and here is the back of the bag with all the official details on the product. These are grain free treats.

 photo EJWB_1745_zps91b689fb.jpg

These are nice sized bones to, not so small.

 photo EJWB_1748_zps3d6bc155.jpg

We each took a turn trying them out.

Bokeh wanted to try them out first

 photo EJWB_1751_zps3c0d791d.jpg

Tempie waited patiently for her turn

 photo EJWB_1756_zps2fe9e0ea.jpg

Then it was my turn

 photo EJWB_1758_zpsa4721b74.jpg

Starr was making a drool puddle waiting for her turn BOL

 photo EJWB_1764_zps57645d13.jpg

and last but not least our new cousin Hershey who now lives with us wanted to see what we were all fussing about

 photo EJWB_1765_zpsc84ac1be.jpg

So in review, the treats are crunchy and we normally use soft treats for training but we always enjoy finding treats for the cookie jar when Bokeh refuses to come inside unless you give him a cookie, BOL. We like the fact that they are grain free and in a different flavor (rabbit) than what you usually find at the stores. We like the fact that they go well with our grain free diets. We would pick these up for our cookie jar again in the future.

Oh...one last thing. Louisville Weimaraner Rescue will receive a $20 donation for any NEW customers at Chewy.com making their first purchase if they just use this LINK HERE

In exchange for our review we did receive a free bag of treats to try

Oh I'm stuffed

Sure hope that everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.

I (Sagira) was bad and stole a turkey wing from the counter. Dadster looked over and was like "What do you have"? Of course I had to lock my jaw and make it REALLY hard for dad to take away from me. The parents were in SHOCK as I am usually perfect around here and never get into anything (that is always Bokeh and Starr, BOL). Well that turkey wing sure was good until dad took it away from me. He told me the bones would make me very sick. Blah, blah, blah, dadster I wanted that wing!

Quaker Pet Group

Quaker Pet Group has a lot of great contest. The last one was for Halloween and was a costume contest. I sent in my pirate costume and was one of the lucky winners. They sent me three great toys, I guess that means I have to share with Tempest, Bokeh, Starr and how Hershey...I think I need a few more toys! BOL

Thank you Quaker Pet Group for choosing me as one of your winners, we love our new toys!

Training on Tuesday

Tempest finished her beginning agility class. On the last night of class they had them run a full course. This is Tempie's first time ever doing more than a few obstacles in a row. She did great!

Tempest just started her next class last Thursday. She is learning to weave this session and they are teaching the 2 by 2 method. So Tempie and dadster go outside every day for 2-3 minutes twice a day to practice weave pole training.

BrilliantK9

Our GREAT friends over at Brilliant K9 surprised our family with these three great items. Momster has been helping them out with their Facebook page and trying to get them some new fans (so if you're on Facebook check out their page BrilliantK9 they have contest and all kinds of fun).

The first is a clear bag that we are going to use to put all our goodies in for training and trials. It is water proof and super strong so it can hold lots of treats (and other things mom insist on putting in there). They also included this super cool black water proof tarp. You almost always have to have a tarp down when you attend the agility trials and these tarps are raelly nice. The last thing is a new gear disc dog bag. Dadster already packed it full of new disc for Tempest and Bokeh. This bag is also water proof as well so it will keep the disc nice and dry. They did everything in our disc dog club (Southern Ohio Flying K9s) colors. How cool is that? The owners of Brilliant K9 are some of the most kindest and big hearted dog lovers around. You can check out their website at BRILLIANT K9. Remember if you use code WEIMRESCUE at checkout you will get 10% off your order and they will donate 5% of your sale back to Louisville Weimaraner Rescue.

Trial

We also didn't get to post about my last trial on October 26th. It was in Springfield and I did pretty good. I didn't get a QQ but I did get a Q in my standard run.

Here is my jumpers video. No Q because I messed up my weaves but I still had fun. Mom loves how I always look for her before I start my run. I love my momster!

Next trial is confirmed for Zanesville on November 23rd. :)

Happy Veterans Day!

WOW!

Sorry we have been away for so long. Lots of things happening around our place. Momster's mom sold her home and moved in with us. So we have all been super duper busy trying to get Grandma all moved in and things settled around here. We have a new playmate to. His name is Hershey and is Grandma's dog. He is 9 years old and doesn't really know how to play and stuff so he is trying to get used to all of this stuff.

We had a couple of birthdays and lots to fill you in on. Hope to get some blogs posted soon. Sure have missed everyone.
